5. Third-Party Retailers and Purchases

Product availability, pricing, and terms are determined by the retailer

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
You can cancel anytime through your account settings

Our AI styling recommendations and virtual try-on features are provided "as is" for guidance purposes. We do not guarantee:

Always verify product details, sizing, and availability on the retailer's website before purchasing.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any illegal purpose
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI technology
Scrape or harvest data from the platform
Impersonate others or provide false information
Interfere with the platform's security or functionality

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Lookly, including AI models, algorithms, and software, are owned by Lookly and protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lookly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

Inaccurate AI recommendations or virtual try-on results
Issues with third-party retailer purchases
Loss of data or wardrobe information
Service interruptions or technical issues

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lookly harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.
